LOCATION:       Golden LivingCenter – Covington Heights

                             Sioux Falls, South Dakota

 

GLC – Covington Heights is a 109-bed skilled nursing facility with exciting opportunity for an RNAC (MDS Coordinator).  We offer a comfortable, fun and quality work environment and an opportunity to truly make a difference.  Must be a registered nurse.

 

Coordinates or assists in the development and completion of the resident assessment process in accordance with the requirements of the Federal and state regulations as well as Company policy and procedures.
